Tyee PTSA hosted a "Welcome Back" lunch for all Tyee staff on Wednesday, August 28. We are excited to kick off the new school year and look forward to collaborating with our amazing faculty and staff. Here's to a fantastic year ahead! This holiday season, we’re excited to share that our faculty lounge has received a much-needed upgrade! Thanks to the funds raised through last year’s fundraising efforts, the PTSA was able to replace an old, worn-out couch with a brand-new sofa and loveseat. We believe that providing a comfortable, relaxing space is key to helping our teachers and staff recharge and continue their incredible work throughout the school year.
The funds for this update were carefully planned and budgeted as part of our fundraising efforts, and we are grateful for the support of our community in making this possible. Our mission is always to enhance the environment for both students and staff, and creating a positive, welcoming space is at the heart of that mission. We’re proud to provide a lounge where our staff can unwind and feel appreciated.
A big thank you to our amazing Tyee community for making this possible—it’s a gift that will be enjoyed for years to come!
