Python Bytes Club aims at teaching basic programming concepts to middle schoolers using Python Programming language. The goal of the club is to introduce coding as a habit and a fun activity rather than as a task :) 

The club functions at 2 levels: 
Level 1 - for students with zero programming experience.
Level 2 - for students who understand python syntax and can write basic programs

The club meets virtually every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(PS: Not to be confused with Programming Competition Club which is for slightly advanced programmers)

Registration

Opens: Monday, October 3 at 4pm

Closes: Registration has closed for this club 

Registration fee: $50 per student, non-refundable

Python Bytes is actively recruiting Student Coaches from high schools who can help coach and mentor middle schoolers in Basic Python Programming. High Schoolers can receive Volunteer hours for the time spent with the club and get the opportunity to work side by side with Professors and Professional programmers. If interested, parents, please circulate among your older students and community.
