We're seeking parent volunteers to assist with distributing schedules and laptops during the first week of school. If you're able to help, please sign up using the links below:

Distribute Schedules: Tuesday, September 3
Volunteers will assist in handing out schedules to students before school begins. Schedules will be organized by grade and last name.

• Time: 7:35 AM – 8:45 AM
• Location: Commons

Distribute Laptops: Wednesday, September 4 – Friday, September 6. Volunteers will help locate and distribute laptops for students. Laptops will be organized alphabetically.

• Need: 2 volunteers per shift (4 volunteers per day), morning and afternoon shifts available
  • Morning Shift: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM (Thursday and Friday) 8:15 AM- 11:15AM (Wednesday)
  • Afternoon Shift: 11:45 AM – 3:30 PM  (Thursday and Friday) 11:00AM- 2:15PM (Wednesday)
• Location: Library

Important: All adult volunteers must complete a background check through Sterling Volunteers. This check is required every three years, and a reminder email will be sent one month before your expiration date.
