2025 Tyee Lunar New Year Celebration 

The 2025 Tyee Lunar New Year Celebration has been rescheduled to Friday, January 31, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Tyee Commons due to a scheduling conflict with the building's use. All Tyee students and their families are warmly invited to join us for an evening of cultural festivities and celebration!

Student Performances 🎤
To kick off the event, we’re inviting Tyee students to showcase their talents on stage! Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, or perform in any other way, we would love for you to be part of this special celebration. If you're interested in performing, please sign up via the link below.

Student Booths 🎪
This year, we’ll also have a marketplace area where Tyee students and their families can host booths to share and celebrate their culture. Use this space to sell items, offer arts and crafts, organize games, or present any activity that highlights your culture, traditions, or the Lunar New Year. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit! Reserve your booth today if you’d like to participate. Please see the Student Booth Guideline for detail information.

Tyee PTSA Finance Club Parent Information Night and Registration
 
Tyee Finance Club is working with Junior Achievement WA, a global non-profit youth organization founded in 1919, to bring their financial literacy and entrepreneurship program – JA Finance Park to Tyee students. This program offers 12 Zoom lessons covering personal financial planning and career exploration. At the culmination of this instructor-led program, students visit JA Finance Park virtual community, to put into practice what they’ve learned by developing and committing to a personal budget. 

Key Details:

  • Dates & Time: 6 PM - 7 PM on 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/31, 4/7, 4/21, 4/28, and 5/5 (final session at Tyee).
  • Fees: $35 per student (40 slots available on a first-come, first-serve basis).
  • Registration: Opens 1/13/2025 at 7 PM and closes 1/23/2025 at 11:59 PM. Register here.
  • Financial Aid: Available upon request—contact your student counselor

Spiritwear Sales Window Re-open


Tyee families, our spirit wear online store is re-open until Friday, January 31st, 2025. Get your Tyee student some Timberwolf swag! You can place your order via Tyee PTSA website Purchase Your Spirit Wear. This batch of order will be delivered to school in March 2025.
