Tyee PTSA Competition Math Club (TCMC) aims to foster students’ interest in mathematics through preparing for and participating in various local, regional, state and national math competitions.

Parent Information Night

Date: September 18th Friday, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Registration

Opens: Friday, September 18, 2026  at 7:00 pm

Closes: Tuesday, September 22, 2026  at 11:59 pm or until all spots(120 spots) fill up, whichever comes first.

Club Fee: $80 per student, non-refundable, due upon registration

* PTSA Membership required prior to registration, please renew here if you haven't done so already.

  • When registering, we recommend providing an email address which you frequently check.  Majority club communications will be through emails.  One email per student will be kept on record.
  • Each family is expected to volunteer three times this year. It is required by the school district to have at least one parent volunteer in each classroom for each week's activity. Once class placements are finalized, we will share a signup link for volunteers.
  • All students must follow the rules and policies of Tyee Middle School, Tyee PTSA, and Bellevue School District at all times. Failure to follow rules may result in disciplinary consequences or removal from the club. A three-strikes policy will be enforced.

Placement Test

Friday, September 25, 2026 at Tyee Commons (The exam will be open only to students who completed the registration. Exam time will be emailed to parents.)
